My wife and I were at Crabtree Lake in Illinois, and we could not get our slides in when we were getting ready to leave. We found on the go mobile rv repair (the only site local we could find). It did take them about an hour and a half to get here but they did get our slides in so we could get home. This is a new camper, it is under factory warranty. It was worth the service call and the two hours of time for Kevin's service. I sent our bill to the factory claim and we were reimbursed. we are grateful for this first class service.
